Opening Preview

Working entirely by hand, Meador transforms discarded paper, printed matter, and found ephemera into intricate compositions built through cutting, layering, arranging, and reassembling. In NO SHORT CUTS, material that was once meant to be consumed and discarded is given an entirely new life.

Be among the first to experience the exhibition before it opens to the public. Throughout the evening, guests will also be invited to contribute to a collaborative collage using materials donated by the artist himself.

Cut. Layer. Rearrange. Add something unexpected. By the end of the night, the finished piece will become a collective response to the exhibition—and a record of the people who helped make it.
